Tuscan Lamb Chop

Olive oil
3 Medium Size Potatoes
Cherry Tomatoes
1 Can Cannelloni Beans
2 Red Peppers
Salt and Pepper
White wine
3 Lamb Chops

First chop onion, garlic, and red pepper. Then peel and cut into quarters the potatoes. Drain and wash cannelloni beans and place aside.

Add olive to pan and add onion, garlic, and peppers. Sauté until onions are clear. Then add grapes, cherry tomatoes, and beans. Cook down for 5 to 8 mins. Add potatoes. Cook for another 2mins.

Place pork chops into pan and turn heat to medium-high. Place another pan on top and cook for 6 to 7mins. Lift the lid and turn pork chops. Cook for another 5mins or until browning occurs.

Toss the ingredients form the processor into the large bowl.
